Common Questions
Do I need an appointment?
Yes — all services are by appointment only. This lets us dedicate focused time to your bike and have the right parts on hand.
How long does a tune-up take?
Most tune-ups are completed same-day or next-day depending on our schedule. Overhauls and custom builds may take longer — we'll give you a timeline when you book.
Do you work on all bike types?
We service road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, commuters, and custom builds. We do not currently service e-bikes.
What if my bike needs parts?
We'll assess your bike and let you know what parts are needed before any work begins. Parts costs are separate from labor.
Can I drop off without an appointment?
We ask that all customers book ahead so we can give every bike proper attention. Walk-ins may be turned away if we're fully booked.
